Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Cost for an Initial Consultation?

This 30 minute get to know you session is free. It's the time we use to see if we are a good fit for working on your project together. We assess overall needs, vision, location and how our design process fits those needs.

Where Do you Provide Services?

We work with clients in all 50 States. Through the use of online meetings, phone and email we are able to remain personal and attentive even 1000 miles away.

How Long Do Custom Plans Take?

This varies by project, but most projects are completed between 1-6 months. This varies by square footage and design complexity. We will discuss with you time frames of your specific project after initial consultaion so you have an idea what to expect.

How Much do Custom Home Plans Cost?

This depends on the design requirements, complexity and size of the plan. As well additional time and cost when adding 3D rendering, detailing scopes of work and extra schedules. Most of our custom home plan sets are between Or minimum of $2500 up to $9,500.

Do You Work with Contractors?

Yes,we absolutely do. If you already have a contractor chosen for your project we are happy to discuss details with them if you so wish.

Will My Plans Be Engineer Stamped?

No, our plans do not include an engineer stamp. Each municipality has unique requirements for engineering. We recommend contacting an engineer from your local area to stamp plans, should that be needed. We can discuss this process after we chat in our initial consultation meeting.

I Recieved Revision Notes from My Permitting Department, Now What Do I Do?

If you receive revision notes from your permitting department, please send details to us. We can adjust plans as required.

Do I Get Paper Plans?

No, we do not provide printed sets of plans. However, we can happily send them to your local printer for you to make as many sets as you require. To do this we would just need the email address to send document files to.

Do You Provide Multi-Use Plans?

Yes, please reach out to discuss which plan you are interested in, and how many builds and we will get you the multi-use pricing.

Do You Include Site Plans?

Yes, site plans are included with your custom home plans. Survey and/or plot plan is needed, which is provided by you.
