THE PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION & VISION
We begin by getting to know you, your lifestyle, and your goals. Through an in-depth consultation (via phone, Zoom, or in-person), we’ll discuss your budget, space requirements, and design preferences. You’ll share any inspiration you’ve gathered, and we will review the property, zoning requirements, and any other details to ensure we’re on the right path.

CONCEPT DESIGN
With your vision in mind, we will evaluate the site and begin creating the first draft of your home’s design. This includes considering natural features, views, sunlight, and the ideal layout for your lot. We will create initial floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to give you a sense of the space and flow.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the initial design is approved, we will dive deeper into the details, refining the floor plans and exterior elevations. At this stage, we'll finalize the layout, positioning, and size, and review materials and finishes. You’ll have the chance to make changes, and we will ensure everything aligns with your vision before moving forward.

FINAL REVIEW
Once the design is finalized, Detailed documents with be made, with all relevant details. These documents are crucial for contractors and securing building permits. Additionally, we will provide final 3D renderings to help you visualize your new home before construction starts.
